About PRODN

  • PRODN is a nonprofit, collegial forum for professional development and dialogue for OD practitioners and enthusiasts from all sectors and levels of experience. PRODN is dedicated to supporting its members' quests to deliver high quality OD services and products to their clients
  • The network provides opportunities for sharing information about professional activities, exchanging ideas and experiences, and learning new methods and approaches from experts and colleagues in the field of OD.
  • PRODN is one of thirty-some regional OD networks across the United States and Canada. It is aligned in spirit and affiliation with the [National] Organization Development Network, but there is no direct connection.
  • PRODN is a non-profit corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

What services does PRODN offer?

Monthly Learning Events/Programs

The Philadelphia Region Organizational Development Network Learning events are a critical component to meeting the mission and strategic goals of PRODN. We consider our role extremely important in providing you, as the membership and our key interface to the business community, a broad range of educational topics that meet the various needs that you have in servicing your clients, whether you act as an internal or external consultant, line manager, Human Resources, or any other position.

We are very proud and excited to provide you with this years scheduled learning events. We are planning a year that educates and builds our PRODN community to be stronger and wiser going forward.

 PRODN Leadership

The PRODN Leadership is comprised of the Steering Committee and the SIG Coordinators.

The Steering Committee consists of the Regional Chair and Co-Chair, Chairs and Co-Chairs of working committees, and others elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting.
