The practice of “Use of Self” will be a key theme explored in our monthly programs. Each are interactive workshops designed to explore how conscious attention to our own thoughts, feelings, beliefs and cultural filters impacts our ability to be effective as an OD practitioner influencing change in a client system.
Monthly programs will also include "open space” opportunities for members to connect around mutual topics of interest.

Six panelists deeply committed to sustainable enterprises and a sustainable future will lead our discussion and evening activities.
Sustainable development is a concept that is often invoked but difficult
to define. The Bruntland Commission memorably defined it in its 1987
report "Our Common Future" as "development that meets the needs of the
present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet
their own needs."
What can we, as OD practitioners do to support individuals, communities
and organizations in their efforts to move into the future in a
sustainable manner? Public rhetoric is increasing about promoting
sustainability and the triple bottom line (People, Planet, Profit).
What's credible, what's greenwashing? Is there agreement on what we mean
by 'sustainability'? Are individuals, communities and organizations
committed to moving forward. What skill sets are needed to guide the
process? Join us as we open the conversation in our learning community...
