Inserting Notices
in
PRODN Network News


Notices must be of matters likely to be of interest to PRODN members such as organizational meetings, educational offerings, jobs, books and materials, etc.
  • Notices for commercial or other entities (including not-for-profit entities like healthcare providers) concerning OD-related job opportunities and for events, products and services offered at a fee will be inserted for a charge of $100.  Submittals must be from current PRODN members. 
    • Content: Material inserted in the newsletter may be a few sentences with a hyperlink to a source for additional information Example: "XYZ Associates is sponsoring a certification workshop for the ABC Instrument on (dates). Visit www.xyz.com for more information and to enroll)." The link can also be to an email address. 
    • Format: Up to three sentences may be submitted in the body of an email message. More extended information (two or three paragraphs may be submitted as an attachment in Microsoft Word format (continuous text - no breaks at the end of each line).
    • Send the text to and make arrangements for payment with the PRODN Office (office@prodn.org or 215-665-8151). 
    • Notices will appear in two issues of the newsletter (first of each month from September through June) or until outdated.
        
  • Notices will be inserted once at no charge for academic and non-profit organizations, for organizational partners (organizations with which PRODN cooperates in publicizing OD-related events on a reciprocal basis), and for public service organizations (including not-for-profit entities like healthcare providers) for events, products, and services which are deemed to be for the good of the community or society, and are consistent with PRODN's mission. Submittals need not be from PRODN members.
    • Content: Material inserted in the newsletter may be a few sentences with a hyperlink to a source for additional information (example: The December 3 meeting of the XYZ Society will be on "Using the ABC Instrument to Enhance Change". Visit www.xyz.org for more information). The link can also be to an email address. 
    • Format: Up to three sentences may be submitted in the body of an email message. More extended information (two or three paragraphs may be submitted as an attachment in Microsoft Word format (continuous text - no breaks at the end of each line).
    • Send the text to webmaster@prodn.org.  
    • Notices will appear in the next issue of the newsletter (first of each month from September through June) or until outdated).
