Strategic Planning Process

PRODN member Dr. Gail Bubeneck will present on the Strategic Planning Process. She will discuss why strategic planning is important and what steps need to occur for a successful partnership. The workshop will provide solutions to the most difficult strategic and interpersonal business challenges through a thorough and customized development plan including the following steps:

  • Pre-work - S.W.O.T. Portfolio
  • Discerning the Value Proposition
  • Crafting the Vision Determination of Strategies to fulfill the Vision
  • Determination of Tactics to fulfill the Strategies
  • Retrospective
  • Marketing Plan
  • Future Planning
  • Company-wide Communication Plan

About the presenter: Dr. Bubenick holds two doctoral degrees in psychology with a concentration in Strategic Management. She also has two Master's degrees in Foreign Languages and Counseling Psychology, respectively. Using her education and 20+ years of experience, she diagnoses and provides solutions for your most difficult business challenges in Corporate Coaching, Retention, Team Frameworks, Needs Assessment, Change, Corporate Culture, Psychology of the Internet Customer, Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Thinking and Planning, and Leadership and Management Development.
