A network devoted to the special interests of people who have recently entered the OD field. The group meets for dialogue, learning, and networking to build a base for professional development and personal support.

Please remember that while this Special Interest Group (SIG) was developed to recognize the needs of new practitioners, we welcome everyone interested in our topics, networking, or as our own Jim Crumel puts it, to experience the Cheers Effect - to come to a place where everybody knows your name.
