Does your consulting feel like a job rather than a "way of life" ? Are you challenged with finding the balance between your work life and personal life? Do you wish you had more success in developing long term relationships with your clients?

If so, this is the day for you! We will spend the day discussing these questions and others such as: "How do I build constructive relationships rather than destructive ones?" How can I increase my power in the organizations with which I work? How do I deal with my fear of failure and its realities? How do I build success into my consulting work and life?

Geoff Bellman will lead us through a day of considering questions such as these. After fourteen years inside corporations, and twenty years as an external consulting to the business world, Geoff has given the last five years to consulting to the non-profit world, writing an occasional book, and giving an occasional speech. During his career he worked with many fortune 200 companies on strategic change.

Geoff has written five books and has just released second editions of his two most popular books The Consultant’s Calling and Getting Things Done When You’re Not in Charge. These two books explore the meaning of work, success and life for internal and external consultants. Much of our day with Geoff will be build around ideas in these new and revised editions. Attend expecting an involving and stimulating day. Geoff will offer his practical perspective and work with you on applying it.
