In this workshop, Dr. David
Cooperrider and Dr.Diana Whitney
will introduce the theory and practice of AI – a consulting process which
grows out of social constructionist thought and its applications to organization
transformation.
Illustrations of this "constructive" approach to
organization transformation will be drawn from work with small and large
corporations, communities, and with international organizations addressing
global issues of transboundary concern.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice key steps,
work through case examples, and develop strategies!
You are encouraged to BRING A CLIENT!
