EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT INVENTORY |
The demand to bring Emotional Intelligence
into the global workplace has grown enormously this past year. Professionals
are looking for a valid EI instrument that will measure training
effectiveness, assess individual and team EI, support executive
coaching and link EI to the bottom line.
The Bar-On Emotional Quotient (EQ-in)
is an instrument that has the proven results. Developed by Dr. Reuven
Bar-On in 1980, it has been available through the Organizational
Effectiveness Group of Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS). It is scientifically
validated and reliable for measuring Emotional Intelligence.

LOCATION AND DATES:
The course will meet at the Gregg Conference
Center at the American College in Bryn Mawr October 16-18, 2000
from 9-4:30. Registration on October 16 will be at 8:30.
COST/REGISTRATION:
The 3 day course is $2000

Upon receipt of your check, you will
receive the EQ-I instrument, articles and the Technical manuals.
You will then be instructed to complete the instrument and mail
it back for processing prior to the event.

TO THE NATURE OF THIS EVENT, WE ARE LIMITED TO 20 PEOPLE PER SESSION.
