A Philadelphia Region Organization Development Network Special Learning Event
Presented by the Appreciative Inquiry SIG

Friday, June 8, 2001
9:00 AM - 3:
30 PM
Pendle Hill,
Wallingford, Pennsylvania

Cost: $20 at door

Appreciative Inquiry is a cutting edge approach to organization change and effectiveness. Through building on the best of what already exists -- the life-giving elements -- AI promotes generative relationships that propel organizations toward new possibilities. This bold dream of continuous renewal has become real for all kinds of organizations, from multi-national corporations to third world communities. These profoundly hopeful stories are igniting excitement for AI around the world.

Stories are the basic building block of this process. In sampling AI with us, you’ll be invited to share peak experiences in your work and within PRODN. Together we will step through the four stages: Discover, Dream, Design, and Deliver.

By day’s end, we hope to generate new ideas and energy for PRODN. We expect everyone will be inspired and energized by reawakening our personal mission and core work values.

We’ll meet among the trees (indoors, too) at serene Pendle Hill, the Quaker retreat center. Given the tremendously tiny fee, this is a great opportunity to catch the excitement the AI SIG has experienced all year!

Questions: Jay Cherney (jcherney@netreach.net).
