Join us for an evening of dialogue and exploration about
sensitive workplace issues. Using carefully scripted scenarios performed
by CITE as the trigger and a safe and open forum, we will engage in
conversations to work through our reactions, perspectives and stereotypes
to gain a
greater appreciation of the underlying motivations and subtleties of
misunderstanding that can escalate into intense conflict.
Participants leave CITE programs reflecting on the questions raised
during scenarios with a deeper understanding of the dynamics of problematic
situations in the workplace, a visceral impression of the impact such
problems can have on members of an organization, and strategies for
managing and preventing such problems.
