Transformations:
Personal And Organizational

A Day with Charles Bates

The overarching goal of my leadership development is an expansion and transformation in my thinking...my intent is to engender...transformation in leaders to enable them to deepen their impact

Pigs Rolled In The Mud: Wolves Survived

On October 27, 1998, Charles Bates joined the PRODN community. His mission was to help us understand and experience what we relish and what repels us - about ourselves and others. Using the metaphors of the wild, we looked within and across ourselves to understand how we can be more effective agents of change with groups and organizational systems. The event was a big success. Those who attended appreciated the "taste" and expressed interest in more. Given the strength of the interest, we are exploring the possibility of offering a week-long session with Charles as a special event in 1999. If you want to learn more about Charles Bates' work, and/or are interested in attending a more in-depth session with him, please call Ilene Wasserman at 610-667-5305 or e-mail at iwass@aol.com.
