Welcome to PRODN. We are a community of organization development professionals in the greater Philadelphia region.
We have regular meetings and events to learn from each other and enrich our resources. This is our public website, where we post news, events and polls of interest to the community. (Please contact us if there is something you would like to share.)
There is also a membership part of this website with interactive networking and forums, which is available through invitation.
We welcome your feedback and participation in our network!
ENFP? ISTJ? What is your Meyers Briggs Personality type…and how does that look for you? Let’s talk about it!
Description: Do you have a group meeting or organizational intervention you want help on? We’ll use a peer learning model. One or more people bring a ‘case,’ a real work challenge. Everyone comes as a thinking partner and co-learner on ODL issues in action. Join us to focus on the practice of designing and facilitating meetings and other ODL processes.
Note: Be prepared to actively engage and learn together with friends, colleagues and like-minded strangers!

Power+Systems 2017 Trainer Community
CONNECTING-RENEWING-GROWING OURSELVES AND OUR COMMUNITY
September 14 -15th, 2017
Join us at what promises to be an exciting Power+Systems Trainer Community Global Gathering as we partner to learn from one another and play with the power of Seeing Systems. You’ll be inspired as we meet at the iconic Granville Island Hotel in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on September 14th and 15th, 2017. Expand your learning in advance of the Gathering with Barry Oshry and Marsha Coleman as they facilitate the When Cultures Meet Workshop on September 12th, followed by certification on September 13th.
What’s the Focus?
This year we will be exploring various ways we can innovate and share Power+Systems’ work in the world. We want to connect, renew, and grow our own capacity as well as our Trainer Community. We’re thrilled to create space to explore such topics as virtual asynchronous Organization Workshop and When Cultures Meet delivery, experiences with younger groups and flatter organizations, observations from practice, various ways in which we can embed Power+Systems work in organizations and communities, and much, much more.
In our time together we will share practical approaches to see with new eyes and generate innovative work, creating possibilities for present challenges, enhancing partnerships and planning for the future of our community. And we’re delighted that Gervase Bushe will facilitate a conversation about the ways Dialogic OD principles and Power+Systems principles can inform each other and point to new ways of taking action.
Register and Keep in Touch!
We hope you will join us at this year’s Trainer Gathering. We’re excited for the possibilities that lay ahead. Please contact any of our Steering Group members if you have questions, comments or suggestions. We look forward to seeing you soon!
