We are a community of learners and practitioners of Organization Development (OD). Practitioners are internal and external consultants, leaders, students and anyone who is practicing OD from whatever their position is in their respective organization/community.
At the core of our organization is

Rosalind A. Spigel, MSOD
Rosalind A. Spigel is an Organization Development Consultant, published Leadership Coach, certified Behavioral Analyst, and Principal of Spigel Consulting, Inc., a firm that specializes in nonprofit Organization Development, Leadership Coaching, and Hiring. Rosalind brings creativity, innovation and insight to organizational processes and human systems to support engagement and alignment of organization, team, and individuals to achieve shared goals. She has designed and facilitated nonprofit capacity building workshops, as well as coached board leadership and leadership development. Rosalind earned her BA from George Washington University and holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the American University/National Training Laboratories Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences (AU/NTL/MSOD). Rosalind is author of articles, blogs and is a co-editor of Practicing OD. She currently sits on two nonprofit boards and is a Practicum Advisor and Coach to the AU/MSOD program. She is the recipient of the Hal Kellner Award for contributions to issues of diversity and social justice. Rosalind graduated from the Gestalt International Study Center Program for Coach Certification, and received her certification through the International Coaching Federation. She is certified to administer and interpret the TTI Insights behavior and motivator instruments. Rosalind is the former Executive Director of a nonprofit where she led public policy initiatives, spearheaded strategic plans, and was responsible for dozens of high profile events targeted to legislators, diplomats, and business and community leaders. She organized a wide range of national and regional programs, established policies, oversaw the national and regional staff, and was responsible for board development and fundraising.
Jamar J. Daniels, MSOD
Jamar J. Daniels is the founder of Clear & Strategic Solutions, LLC, a business consulting company in Philadelphia, that specializes in growth and integration strategies and individual and group coaching. He has at least 10 years of management and leadership experience in staff development, grant management, and human services.
Jamar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Studies from West Chester University, and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He received a certification from Villanova University in Lean Six Sigma, and has co-facilitated graduate courses on Personal and Professional Development at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He is a member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, with strong interests in collaboration and supporting the development and advancement of others.

Tracey L. Bryant, MSOD
Tracey Bryant has over 10 years of managerial and leadership experience in local government where she began as an intern. She is currently the Director of Training and Recruiting for the City of Philadelphia’s Chief Administrative Office. She facilitates and designs personal and professional development training on topics such as: conflict management, effective meetings, time management, coaching, high performing teams, and new directions in supervision.
She received her undergraduate degree from Temple University, Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She received a Master’s degree in Organizational Development Leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is also an alumni of Philadelphia University’s Academy of Municipal Innovation for Design Thinking.
Her passions are servant leadership, ideation, appreciative inquiry, and design thinking.
