No Time to Read a Book?  Instead of a book we are reading an article!!

Polarity Management: A Summary Introduction

The Polarity Management™ model and set of principles are a user-friendly way to deal with all polarities in life. Polarities are ongoing, chronic issues that are unavoidable and unsolvable.
Attempting to address them with traditional problem solving skills only makes things worse.
There is significant competitive advantage for those leaders, teams, or organizations that can
distinguish between a problem to solve and a polarity to manage and are effective with both.

Please join us… even if you haven’t read the article!  We will provide a brief synopsis. Please come and share your thoughts, insights and experience on polarity management. If you have read or are reading the article, tell us your opinion or share your related experience. Please come and share your thoughts and insights on polarity management.

This is the third meeting of the PRODN Book Club. We first met in May 2013 to discuss Meg Wheatley’s book So Far From Home and then again in September 2013 to discuss Judy Brown’s book on The Practice of Reflective Leadership. Now we are exploring a concept of interest, polarity management and providing a link to summary information about the topic.

Please join us to connect and network with your OD colleagues.
